Please find below answers to some of the frequently asked questions, on especially sponsorship.

What can I donate? Currently sponsoring one child’s education in Uganda is about Euro 35 per month. You can also make a one time donation to the project.

How can I guarantee the proper use of my donations? JCC has a policy of transpanrency. We insist on accountability. We work hand in hand with auditors to ensure proper accountability of resources alloted to us. We invite sponsors and well wishers to travel to Uganda to visit the site.

Other than donating, how else can I help? Any kind of help is welcome. Donation streches to include also clothes, learning material etc. JCC also invites volunteers to go to Uganda and spend time with our orphans. Click here for more info on voluntary work.

How long do I have to sponsor an orphan? The decision to sponsor an orphan is an individual decision. We do not oblige you to sponsor these orphans. In the event that you are no able to continue sponsoring an orphan, let us know and we shall terminate the arrangement.

How many orphans can I sponsor? The number of orphans you can sponsor is not restricted. For an overview of the current orphans looking for sponsorship, click here.

Can I communicate directly with the orphans? As a sponsor you are free to communicate with the orphan you are sponsoring. JCC also promotes a pen pal relationship between the Jambula children and the international community. Click here to learn more about JCC - Pen pals.
